HEAT RADIATING DEVICE AND BLADE SERVER

Provided is a heat radiating device used for a blade server. The heat radiating device comprises a case, a back plate, at least one rear flashboard and at least one fan. The case comprises a horizontal wall plate, a vertical wall plate and a rear wall plate; the case comprises one or more separating plates; the rear flashboard comprises one or more second hole opened area; and a cooling air channel which does not pass through a front flashboard is formed by the separating plate, the horizontal wall plate, the vertical wall plate, the rear wall plate, the back plate and the rear flashboard, so that cooling airflow is discharged from the case after passing through the rear flashboard, the second hole opened area and the fan under the action of the fan, thereby performing heat radiating on a functional module on the rear flashboard. In the heat radiating device according to the present invention, the structure of the heat radiating air channel is simple. When the cooling airflow flows through the rear flashboard, no cascading heating effect occurs, thereby promoting the heat radiating capacity of the rear flashboard.
