PURPOSE: A device for moving a blade of a wind power generator, a method for repairing a pitch bearing using thereof, and the wind power generator having thereof are provided to save a repair time of a pitch bearing of the wind power generator by repairing the pitch bearing in a state of positioning a blade adjacent to a herb even though not leaving a blade on a surface. CONSTITUTION: A device for moving a blade of a wind power generator comprises a wire fastening unit (11), and a pair of wire (20). The wire fastening unit is formed respectively in multiple blades (5) of the wind power generator. The pair of wire is capable of attaching and detaching to a first to a third wire fastening units in order to connect the first and the second wire fastening units (11a, 11b) formed respectively in a first and a second blades (5a, 5b) with the third wire fastening unit (11c) formed in a third blade (5c) among multiple blades.
