PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a cell library expressing at least two different single polypeptide chain-binding proteins.SOLUTION: The library is prepared by incorporating a nucleic acid sequence encoding a polypeptide chain into a host cell genome, and then selecting cells succeeded in incorporating the nucleic acid. The selected cells are preferably supplied to a cloning step. The mixture of the binding proteins is produced without separately producing each of the constituents. In addition to this case, a cell library, in which each cell essentially encodes at least the two single polypeptide chain-binding proteins having different target epitopes, is also provided, and a composition including at least the two different single polypeptide chain-binding proteins having the different target epitopes is prepared. |
