NEW THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND THERMOELECTRIC COMPONENT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material having a preferable thermoelectric conversion property.SOLUTION: Provided is a new thermoelectric conversion material represented by the chemical formula: BiCuOTe. In the chemical formula, 0≤x<1, 0≤y<1, 0≤z<1, and x+y+z>0 should be satisfied. A thermoelectric conversion element using the thermoelectric conversion material exhibits preferable energy conversion efficiency.
