PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality improving agent which is derived from a plant, is environmentally friendly and is capable of improving the water quality.SOLUTION: The water quality improving agent is a fermentation liquid of the liquid obtained by adding minerals and ash to the liquid mixture including: a plant-derived liquid extract prepared by blending and extracting the liquid including a plurality of plants containing at least aloe; an alcoholized liquid of Aloe arborescens; an alcoholized liquid of Aloe vera; a rice bran liquid; sugar; and minerals. The plant-derived liquid extract is composed of (a) a first liquid including at least aloe, sugar and minerals, (b) a second liquid including at least aloe, sugar and salt, and (c) a third liquid including an alcohol extract of a plurality of plants including aloe, a sugar extract of the plurality of plants including aloe, a liquid obtained by blending, boiling and extracting the plurality of plants, and an alcohol extract of the plurality of plant extracts. |
