The present invention relates to an antimicrobial wound-covering material using chitosan-silver nanoparticles and a method for manufacturing same. The present invention relates to a wound-covering material, which is manufactured by the steps of coating chitosan and silver on the wound-covering material and drying same, and which can slowly release silver nanoparticles thereby having a superior slow-release characteristic.
