A method for determining formation of temporary conditioned connection of brain in proteolysis reaction comprises the formation of conventional reaction, decapitation, brain drawing, sampling from its structures and determining concentration of lysosomic enzymes. Additionally samples are selected of frontal zone of neocortex, hippocampus, and medial part of thalamus, pons varolii and striate body, homogenates are prepared with tris-buffer solution, under electrophotometric conditions exchanges of reactions of homogenates with 2-naphtylamide l-leucine are carried out, by spectrophotometer and by hydrolysis of 2-naphtylamide l-leucine concentration of lysosomic cystein cathepsine H are determined, as indices of levels of free activity of cells. The formation of conventional reaction is carried out with light and electroshock effects. |
