摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a semiconductor light emitting device, using a polyhedral structure polysiloxane-based curable composition and capable of reducing chromaticity shift between individual semiconductor light emitting devices.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a semiconductor light emitting device, a polyhedral structure polysiloxane-based curable composition is encapsulated in an LED package, and then left for 10 minutes or more to be cured, the polyhedral structure polysiloxane-based curable composition containing a polyhedral structure polysiloxane which is a modified polyhedral structure polysiloxane (A) obtained by bringing a polyhedral structure polysiloxane-based compound (a) having an alkenyl group, a compound (b) having a hydrosilyl group, and an organosilicon compound (a') having one alkenyl group in one molecule into a hydrosilylation reaction.
