PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip to which a solution is readily introduced and which achieves a highly accurate analysis.SOLUTION: A microchip includes a substrate layer having self-sealing properties through elastic deformation, an area including the substrate layer, and a puncture structure projecting from a surface facing the substrate layer in the area. The microchip does not need a separate component such as a needle and facilitates introduction of a solution without causing bubbles. Therefore, bubbles does not occur inside the microchip to enable a highly accurate analysis. |
