A cooling system is disclosed for use with a machine having an engine and an operator cabin. The cooling system may have a first pump configured to circulate coolant through the engine, a heat exchanger configured to receive coolant from the engine and transfer heat between the coolant and air passing through the heat exchanger, and a fan configured to generate a flow of air through the heat exchanger and into the operator cabin. The cooling system may also have an air conditioning unit configured to chill coolant, and a second pump configured to circulate coolant from the air conditioning unit through the heat exchanger.
