The purpose of the present invention is to provide a backwash suction apparatus and a fibrous filter using same so that filtration effect of the fiber is enhanced and lifespan thereof is extended by allowing the backwash suction apparatus mounted so as to be in contact with the disc filter to be detached therefrom when not in operation to discard foreign matter attached at the back of the fiber, thereby preventing the fiber, disposed on the disc filter, from being pressed down for an extended period of time by the backwash suction apparatus. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a backwash suction apparatus and a fibrous filter using same in which the backwash suction apparatus is spaced from the disc filter via buoyancy, thus having a simple construction and easy operation, thereby allowing the backwash suction apparatus to be attached and detached.
