Disclosed are a method for determining a paging subframe of a half-duplex user equipment, a base station, and a user equipment. The present invention further relates to a method for handling a conflict between a paging subframe and an uplink subframe. The method for determining a paging subframe of a half-duplex user equipment comprises: receiving a preamble from a user equipment, the preamble having a predetermined configuration; determining a paging subframe according to the predetermined configuration. By means of the solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a base station can determine a paging subframe of a user equipment in advance according to a preamble, so as to allocate an uplink subframe different from the paging subframe to the user equipment during scheduling, thereby effectively avoiding the conflict problem that may occur when a half-duplex user equipment accesses a full-duplex FDD system.
