PURPOSE: An abutment for an implant is provided to prevent an attachment part from being exposed to the upper part of the gum. CONSTITUTION: An abutment for an implant comprises a screw part (121), an attachment part (122), and a head part (123). The screw part is inserted into a hollow formed on the upper part of a fixture (110). The attachment part comprises a tapered part (122a) which is extended from the top of the screw part and is inserted into the hollow of the fixture and an exposed part (122b) which is extended from the tapered part and is planted in the gum. The head part is extended from the top of the exposed part and allows a prosthesis to be combined with the top of the exposed part.
