PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit capable of automatically cleaning a filter by utilizing wind force of return air without needing a special power source.SOLUTION: This filter unit F is disposed on an inlet 8 of return air to an indoor unit for supplying the air into an air-conditioned space through a duct, that is, the inlet 8 formed on a ceiling or a wall of the air-conditioned space. This filter unit includes a fan 10 rotated by the return air from the inlet 8, a rolling mechanism 11 capable of being driven by torque of the fan 10, the endless filter 12 hung over the rolling mechanism 11, and a cleaning means 13 for removing dust attached to the filter 12. |
