PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit and a power integrated circuit device thereof which prevent a malfunction including a half on state of an output transistor caused at power input.SOLUTION: A dV/dt detecting diode 18 and an auxiliary control circuit 3a are added to an existing drive circuit as a circuit for maintaining an off state of an output stage MOSFET 1 if a voltage with sharp dV/dt is applied to a solenoid valve 14 and the output stage MOSFET 1 at power input. A drive circuit 100 and a power integrated circuit device 200 thereof can thus prevent a malfunction at power input.
