PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, device, and method in which optimum settings can be made from a viewpoint of a PTP (Point To Point) system throughput in an MBSFN (Multimedia Broadcast Multicast service Single Frequency Network) area, while satisfying requirements in quality in an MBSFN.SOLUTION: Transmission parameters, such as transmission power of reserved cells, the number of subframes, and MCS (Modulation and Coding Scheme) in the MBSFN are outputted adaptively so as to maximize a system throughput in the MBSFN area, on the basis of the unicast traffic amount in the MBSFN area, the number of terminals, and the number of cells which constitute the MBSFN, while satisfying requirements in quality in the MBSFN. |
