A unit for transporting and cleaning tuberous roots has a feeding conveyer, a roller cleaning block consisting of pairs of counter-rotating rollers, driving spreading brushes, a pile divider, blanket cleaners and a loading conveyer. The roller cleaner has in the cross-section a shape of two connection waves, inside of the lower part of the place of connection of which a blade broadcaster of tuberous roots, formed by two coaxial driving blade shafts, having opposite rotational directions, is mounted. Above the wave tops rod brushes are mounted. Rotational directions thereof are directed towards the interior of figured beds, lower ends of which are arranged above the upper parts of the blanket cleaners. |
