The invention relates to elements of electronic and photonic and can be used for light signals recording using electrical adjustment of spectral characteristic position setting. A semiconductor photoreceiver with adjusted spectral characteristic of light current comprises an n-type degenerated region, a p-type degenerated region and a degenerated compensated layer located therebetween in a gradient electric field directed from the n-region to the p-region. Perpendicularly to the compensated layer plane side planar parallel mirror faces are created; through one of which an incoming light beam is entered. The technical result of the invention is increase of efficiency of light recording.
