A cleaner of root heads from tops residues comprises shafts, each of which has elastic disks of the same diameter at the ends. The outer surfaces of said disks comprise L-like top-cutting knives fixed as three concentrical rows. The sizes of said knives are reduced in the direction from the axle of the shaft. The upper disk is mounted on the shaft with the aid of the mechanism of changing position and fixing thereof.
