<p>Disclosed is an automatic stir-fryer comprising: a machine stand (1); a base (2) pivotably provided on the machine stand; a propulsion source (21) provided on the base, a rotating shaft (211) of the propulsion source being connected to a stir-frying rolling barrel (22) containing food; a stove unit (3) provided on the base and located below the stir-frying rolling barrel; a tipping mechanism (4) pin-jointed to the base and tipping and resetting the base by means of the power output; a holding trough (5) provided in the machine stand for holding dishes which have been cooked and turned out by tipping, with the trough being able to extend out from the machine stand or be received therein; a cleaning mechanism (6) for jet cleaning the stir-frying rolling barrel, assembled on the machine stand and corresponding to the stir-frying rolling barrel after tipping; a drip-dry apparatus (7) comprising a guide funnel (73) provided on the machine stand; a control unit (8) for controlling the operating time of the stir-fryer and the temperature of the stove unit, erected on the machine stand and provided with an operation panel (81). The stir-fryer can cook dishes simply and quickly by stir-frying food with consistency and convenient effect.</p> |
