PURPOSE: A wrapping device of a turbine valve is provided to form a surface of a valve seat uniformly by having a polishing member between a valve seat contacting with one side of the valve member and the one side of the valve member equipped with being rotatable by a drive unit. CONSTITUTION: A wrapping device of a turbine valve comprises a valve member, a transmission member (110), and a drive member (120). The valve member controls a flow of a vapor by putting on a valve seat of the turbine valve. The transmission member is combined attachably and detachably in a rear side of the valve member, and delivers a driving force to the valve member in order to rotate the valve member about the valve seat. The transmission member supplies a rotatory power to the drive member by being combined with the drive member. A polishing member is equipped between one side of the valve member and a valve seat contacting with the one side of the valve member.
