NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION SYSTEM AND STARTUP AND SHUTDOWN METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A natural gas system for enhancing an experiment environment and a stopping method are provided to re-use the natural gas system and store refrigerant in a pilot plant so that the operation and stop of the plant is facilitated. CONSTITUTION: A natural gas system comprises the first heat exchanger (110) which supplies the first refrigerant for cooling, the first refrigerant circulating and supplying part (120), the second heat exchanger (130) and the second refrigerant circulating and supplying part (140). The first suction drum (121) which is equipped on the back of the first heat exchanger sucks the first refrigerant and the first compressor (122) compresses the first refrigerant. The compressed first refrigerant is compressed by the first condenser (123) and accumulated by the first condenser in the first receiving tank (124). The first refrigerant accumulated in the first receiving tank (124) is expanded by the first expanded valve (125) for circulating in the first heat exchanger. In the back and the front of the first receiving tank, the first and the second valve (126,127) are equipped to control the flow of the first refrigerant. The cooled natural gas by the first heat exchanger is cooled by the exchanging process of the second refrigerant, which is why the second heat exchanger comprises this process. The second refrigerant circulating and supplying part supplies the second refrigerant which is already cooled by the second heat exchanger.
