Provided is a terminal, including: a real-time information acquisition unit for acquiring a real-time state of dynamic information during navigation; a keyword acquisition unit for acquiring a keyword corresponding to the real-time state; a search unit for searching for a point of interest using the keyword; and a display unit for displaying the point of interest in a navigation map. Correspondingly, also proposed is a method for displaying a point of interest. By way of the technical solution of the present invention, different points of interest can be displayed during navigation according to different real-time situations, intelligently meeting real-time user demands.
