PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embodiment characterized in improved mixing of exhaust gas by at least an exhaust gas transporting line for transporting the exhaust gas in an exhaust gas treatment apparatus for the exhaust gas treatment apparatus for an exhaust gas system of a combustion engine and the exhaust gas system.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas treatment apparatus 4 for an exhaust gas system 1 of the combustion engine of a motor vehicle and having a housing 8 surrounding an exhaust gas treatment chamber 7, has a mixing section 15 dividing the exhaust gas treatment chamber 7 to an intake port 16 in an upstream side and a flowing through part 17 in a downstream side, the housing has at least one intake opening 12, 13 opening to the intake port for connecting to at least one exhaust gas transporting lines 2, 3 in intake port sides, and the mixing section has at least one first inlet opening 22 fluidically connecting the intake ports and the flowing through part.
