PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector having a simple configuration, easy to use, and suitable for user-friendly self-propelled vacuum cleaners, and to provide a self-propelled vacuum cleaner including the same.SOLUTION: A dust collector includes: a dust collection container having an opening and storing dust therein; an inlet allowing dust sucked in through a suction port at the bottom of a self-propelled vacuum cleaner to flow into the dust collection container together with air; a filter allowing air flowing into the dust collection container to pass therethrough and catching dust; and a cover openably/closably pivoted at the dust collection container in such a manner as to cover the filter and the opening of the dust collection container. The filter is turnably pivoted in the vicinity of the pivot part of the cover in the dust collection container. |
