PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which allows body movement while walking or while running to be easily measured.SOLUTION: There is provided a body movement measuring device that includes a movement sensor part worn on a body and measuring at least the acceleration of a wearing part making cyclic motion while walking or while running, and a processing part for processing a measured value obtained by the movement sensor part, and that measures the data of the body movement. In this case, the processing part has a processing function of extracting, as the data of the body movement, a waveform of the acceleration αy in a y axis direction corresponding to one cycle of the motion of the wearing part from the measured value of the acceleration αy obtained by the movement sensor part in the y axis direction. The waveform of the acceleration αy includes two peaks αya and αyc caused by ground contact of the right foot and left foot of a body and a peak αyd caused by swinging-down of an arm in a direction opposite to the two peaks αya and αyc. |
