PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure detection system, a failure detection method, and a program capable of early detection of a specific failure, reduction of inquiries about the failure from users at the time of the specific failure, and continuation of failure monitoring operation of an automatic transaction device, and to provide the automatic transaction device corresponding to the failure detection system, the failure detection method, and the program.SOLUTION: A failure detection server 1 includes: a failure determination table 17 for storing failure information notified from an ATM 5; a failure determination part 13 for referring to the failure information stored in the failure determination table 17, and determining, on the basis of a determination condition recorded on a determination condition table 18, whether or not failure to affect use of services provided by systems 10 of other banks (financial institutions) happens; and a temporary suspension instruction part 14 for, when the failure determination part 13 determines that the failure happens, instructing the ATM 5 to stop the use of the services provided by the systems 10 of the other banks. |
