PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material composition with good storage stability of coating liquid, and when the coated film is exposed out of doors, contamination of coating film surface due to adsorption of dust in air and oily materials is small, striped soiling trace after rainfall hardly remains, so that contamination resistance is well maintained for a long period of time.SOLUTION: This coating material composition includes (A) an aqueous resin dispersion obtained by polymerizing an α,&bgr;-ethylenic unsaturated monomer; (B) a water-soluble resin composition comprising an amphiphilic polymer having at least one functional group selected from an amide group, amino group and hydroxy group, as a hydrophilic part, and having a hydrophobic part, which is at least one selected from the group consisting of poly-N-isopropylacrylamide, poly-N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone and hydroxypropylcellulose; and (C) colloidal silica dispersed in an aqueous medium, where the ratio of (B) is 0.1-50 wt.% and the ratio of (C) is 0.5-20 wt.%, each based on solid content to (A). |
