PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image projection device, a program, and a recording medium that enable suppression of deterioration in the image quality of a color shift area.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises a specification unit, and a gradation correction processing unit. The specification unit, using a color shift amount depending on a projection direction of input image data input from an external device, specifies a target image in which a color shift occurs among images included in the input image data. The gradation correction processing unit performs gradation correction processing so as to reduce the visibility of a first area indicating an area where a color shift occurs in the target image.
