Disclosed are an application processing method and a terminal, which belong to the technical field of mobile communications. The method comprises: when an application executes an invoking operation on a fee deducting event, analysing the operation permission of the application; if the application has the operation permission of the fee deducting event, allowing the application to execute the invoking operation; and if the application does not have the operation permission of the fee deducting event, prohibiting the application from executing the invoking operation. Every time an application is run, the present invention does not need to scan the application, but only needs to judge the operation permission of the application, thereby saving processing time and avoiding resource waste; moreover, user participation is not required, facilitating the use by the users, thereby improving the user experience. |
