A purpose of the invention is to reduce the load acting on an engine at engine startup and startup the engine quickly, and to reliably supply pressure oil to an accumulator from a hydraulic pump. A hydraulic control device comprises: first accumulators (24, 25) connected with a hydraulic pump (23) via a first tube (28), and second accumulators (26, 27) connected to a second tube (29) branching from the first tube (28); an opening/closing valve (32) provided to the second tube and located between the first tube (28) and the second accumulators (26, 27); an operation detection means (41) for detecting whether or not a starter (22) is in an operating state; a speed detection means (a rotary encoder (47) and a speed calculation means (43)) for detecting the speed of an engine (21); and a valve control means for controlling the valve position of the opening/closing valve (32) to a closed position until the speed reaches a preset idling speed when the operating state of the stator starter (22) is detected by the operation detection means (41), and thereafter controlling the valve position of the opening/closing valve (32) to an open position. |
