The tray (18) has a hard-anodized amorphous Y-aluminum oxide integrated protective layer (12) arranged on an aluminum base body (10). Thickness of the protective layer is about 5 micrometers, where the protective layer withstands temperature of 1800 K. The protective layer has thermal conductivity of 50 W m. An anti-adhesion layer (14) is arranged over the protective layer and made of PTFE. The anti-adhesive layer has thickness of 5 micrometers. The body is immersed in 15 percent of sulfuric acid that is filled in a container. The acid is cooled to temperature of 0 degree Celsius. An independent claim is also included for a method for enhancing a baking tray.
