The valve has closure units (8, 9) forming a flat and spherical seats (10, 11), respectively. The closure unit (9) is closed in a non flow condition of a valve using a push rod (12). A cover is larger than a portion of nominal width of the valve. A closure surface is larger than a circular area with a diameter, where the area corresponds to double cover. Diameter of the rod is smaller than 0.7 times the diameter of a face plate.
