PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method of the organic light emitting display device are provided to improve the lifetime of the organic light emitting display device by delaying the expression of progressive dark points generated on a sealing unit. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, an organic light emitting unit, and a sealing unit. The organic light emitting unit has a plurality of organic light emitting devices formed on the substrate. A sealing unit (120) seals the organic light emitting unit. The sealing unit includes a porous layer, a planarization layer (1211), and a barrier layer (1212). The porous layer is formed on the organic light emitting unit. The planarization layer is formed on the porous layer. The barrier layer is formed on the planarization layer. The porous layer prevents impurities from being concentrated on a specific part.
