An orally administering formulation is provided to be able to inhibit wetting, solidification and coloration change and be stable without the combination change even through ibuprofen and an antacid are contained in one granule, and be convenient for preparation with decreased manufacturing cost. An orally administering formulation is obtained by wet-granulating a composition comprising ibuprofen, an antacid, a swelling agent, wherein the antacid is magnesium oxide or sodium hydrogen carbonate, and the swelling agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of lowly substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, carmellose or a salt thereof, croscarmellose sodium, carboxymethyl starch sodium, crospovidone and crystalline cellulose.carmellose sodium. |
