PURPOSE: A separate type battery voltage balancing control board for a battery management system (BMS) is provided to enable to be separated and mounted as occasion demands, thereby improving economic feasibility. CONSTITUTION: A BMS board (3) is connected to an external battery (4). The BMS board provides the function of a secondary battery. The BMS board provides electric power for a hybrid electric vehicle. A battery voltage balancing control board (2) constitutes a second connector. The battery voltage balancing control board equally compensates a battery voltage.
