PURPOSE: A centrifugal casting device and a centrifugal casting method of a rotator are provided to satisfy electrical properties required in the design of an electric motor and to prevent the generation of cavities or cracks due to contraction after casting. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal casting device of a rotator comprises a rotator assembly, a mold assembly, a runner, an exhaust port, a turn table (400), and an injection cup (500). The rotator assembly comprises a rotator formed by laminating multiple silicon steel plates; a dummy shaft fitted in a shaft hole; and a pair of end rings connected to each other by bolts. The mold assembly comprises upper and lower molds and a coupling unit. The turn table comprises a pedestal and a balance weight. The injection cup injects molten metal to the runner of the mold assembly.
