<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal dosimeter that holds a coin-type battery without fail. <P>SOLUTION: A storage part 26 contains a battery. When the battery is inserted into the storage part 26, the battery is held by a pair of contact members 44, 46 from the right and left sides. Consequently, conduction to a positive electrode is also established. A negative-electrode contact member 50 contacts the lower side of the battery in a battery set state, and thereby conduction to a negative electrode is established. Since the contact member 50 contacts the battery from the lower side by two or more elastic pieces 52, the battery can be prevented from vertical backlashes.
