PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-based grout composition which includes a metallic aluminum powder and a defoamant, and controls subsidence and shrinkage while moderately keeping a unit volume mass after construction, and in which even if an organic polymer emulsion is used together, the effects are fully demonstrated. SOLUTION: The cement-based grout composition includes the following components (A)-(D): (A) a defoamant; (B) a saturated fatty acid metal salt of a 14-18C normal chain or branched chain; (C) a metallic aluminum powder; and (D) an organic polymer emulsion.
