A light source apparatus is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by manufacturing easily a faucet structure and a faucet holder having a mark for deciding a position of a lamp. A lamp has a metallic faucet structure(1). A faucet holder(3) is formed to protect and support the faucet structure. A position decision member is formed to determine the relative position of the faucet holder and the faucet structure. The faucet structure includes a large cylindrical base part(11), a faucet protrusion(13) having a small diameter, and a first contact surface having a first depressive portion. The faucet holder includes a hole(32) for the faucet protrusion and a second contact surface. The second contact surface has a second depressive portion including a front mark and a rear mask when the faucet structure is inserted into the faucet holder. The position decision member is formed with a cast coupled with the first and second depressive portions. |
