PURPOSE: A chauffeur service providing system and a method thereof are provided to help a user determine a driving route and a driving fee. CONSTITUTION: Route information and fee information provided by a first device are received from a server (S500). The first device provides the route information and the fee information to the server (S502). The server provides received route information and fee information to a second device (S504). The second device requests connection for a chauffeur service to the server (S506). The server processes car insurance application about the user of the second device (S508). The server receives a deposit from the first device and the second device (S510). The server provides the first device with device information of the second device (S512). The server provides the second device with device information of the first device (S514). The first device provides the server with information about a different device which recommends the chauffeur service (S516). The server generates and renews points for using the chauffeur service about a device using the chauffeur service (S518).
