<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for transmitting an uplink signal in a wireless communication system are provided to selectively transmit an uplink signal according to a priority in parallel transmission. CONSTITUTION: A transmission unit (1320) transmits a sounding reference signal (SRS) in a first time section within a first subframe to a base station. The transmission unit transmits a physical random access channel (PRACH) in a second time section within a second subframe to the base station. An uplink control unit (1311) determines whether the index of the first subframe is the same as the index of the second subframe. The uplink control unit determines whether the first time section is overlapped with the second time section due to uplink propagation delay difference between in a first serving cell and in a second serving cell.
