THE ALTERATION OF SIGNAL TRANSDUCTION BY APPLYING ENDORPHIN NEURONAL CELL LINE INCLUDING SHSY5Y CELL LINE WITH INCREASED HSA-MIR-1972 MIRNA EXPRESSION

PURPOSE: A method for increasing the expression of hsa-miR-1972 miRNA and changing a signal transduction system by treating neuronal cells with endorphin is provided to show the same effect as endorphin by adding an antagomer or miRNA using hsa-miR-1972 miRNA. CONSTITUTION: A method for mimicking the effect of endorphin and a method for supplementing a specific signal comprise the step of directly treating a neuronal cell line including in vitro cultured SHSy5y cells with hsa-miR-1972 miRNA or treating with an antagomer. The expression of a specific protein is suppressed by treating the cell line with endorphin and increasing the expression level of hsa-miR-1972.
