<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite machine capable of simply and easily retrieving an image forming apparatus with an output item desired by a user in a plurality of image forming apparatuses connected to a network. <P>SOLUTION: The composite machine 100 is provided, which includes: a retrieval item acceptance means for selectively displaying the output item to a user as a retrieval item before output processing is started to accept the selected retrieval item from the user; a retrieval means for retrieving identification information of the image forming apparatus which stores the content of the output item which does not overlap the content of the output item stored by the present device among the contents of retrieval item accepted by the retrieval item acceptance means from a server; and a new output condition acceptance means for selectively displaying the content of the output item associated with the identification information of the image forming apparatus retrieved by the retrieval means to the user as a new output item to accept a new output condition consisting of the selected new output item from the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
