PURPOSE: An engine oil cooler element is provided to perform a precise assembly by laminating plates by repeatedly performing a process which fits a settlement groove formed on a second collar into a drawn projection which is formed on a plate of an unit radiating unit, and a process which accommodates an out pin inside. CONSTITUTION: An engine oil cooler element includes an unit radiating unit (1) and a cooling unit (2). The unit radiating unit is formed with multiple drawn projections (111); seating grooves (131) on each planar section of a plate (11); and a first collar (13) which is an edge finish member. The drawn projections which are formed on the plate in the length direction are expanded by pressing the horizontal area after the drawn projections are fitted into the seating groove of the first collar, thereby attaching cocking areas which are fixed on the seating grooves to other mutually contacted areas. The cooling unit is formed by being mutually laminated to provide a space which accommodates an out pin (21) by forming an seating groove (221) on a second collar (22) which is an edge finish member to be settled by being inserted with drawn projections which are formed in the width direction of the plate of the unit radiating unit that is assembled.
