PURPOSE: A wrap cutting device is provided to accurately and easily cut a wrap not being separated from a cutter member. CONSTITUTION: A wrap cutting device (100) includes a wrap case (110), a cover (120), and a cutter member (130). The case houses a wrap (140) wound into a scroll, and has an opening (111). The cover selectively opens and closes the opening. The cutter member at an edge outside the case has a serrated cutter blade (131).
