PURPOSE: A locking lever for a vehicle with a rear sensing function is provided to clearly identify the circumstances of an accident happened when a passenger opens a vehicle door and leaves a vehicle and to prevent accidents. CONSTITUTION: A locking lever for a vehicle with a rear sensing function comprises a main body part (10), an image sensor part (20), a storage part (30), a distance sensor part (40), and an alarm sound generation part (50). The image sensor part is installed in the main body part to operate according to the opening of a door. The storage part stores images taken by the image sensor part. The distance sensor part is installed in the main body part to operate according to the opening of the door and measure the distance to an object. The distance sensor part generates an operation signal when the distance is below a predetermined level. The alarm sound generation part is installed in the main body part to generate alarm sound when receiving the operation signal from the distance sensor part.
