<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make excellence in usability while keeping an authentication function with high security in an automatic transaction device. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device 1 comprises a card reading unit 18 for reading a card with finger vein information registered therein; a display unit 15 with a display screen; a biometrics information reading unit 22 reading the finger vein information; and a control unit integrally controlling these units. The control unit controls the units so as to display guidance holding the finger of the finger vein information registered in the card onto the display screen, determines whether or not there are a plurality of items of the finger vein information registered in the card, and controls the units so as to display the guidance holding each finger onto the display screen if there are the plurality of items of the finger vein information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
