PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a ball seat, a ball seat manufactured thereby, and a ball valve for steam using the same are provided to enable the ball valve to have excellent durability and operability by using the ball seat having excellent physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a ball seat is as follows. A reinforced ball seat resin having a polyfluoroethylene copolymer resin or reinforced composition is put into a ball seat mold and is formed by applying pressure thereto (100). The formed ball seat is heated for a specific time and is cooled (200). The outer surface of the ball seat is cut (300). The surface of the cut ball seat is grinded (400).
