PURPOSE: A bag for housing a pop-up type tent and a method for housing the tent using the same are provided to easily house, store, and carry the tent, and to simultaneously and conveniently disassemble and house the tent. CONSTITUTION: A bag for housing a pop-up type tent (A) includes a bag body (2), an opening/closing part (4), a pole guide part, and a pole support (8). A housing space for storing and carrying the disassembled tent is formed inside the bag body. The opening/closing part for opening and closing the housing space is installed at a cover body (2). The pole guide part is formed at the inner side of the edge periphery of the housing space. One end of a pop-up type pole is latched and supported on the pole support inside the bag body.
